We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

TURNAROUND/DELIVERY

All orders are processed on a Wednesday and delivery of the items is usually expected for the following Wednesday (some exceptions apply for certain items e.g. aluminium products).
We are able to offer site delivery within a 15 mile radius at a cost of £20, please request this at the time of order.

RETURNS POLICY

All of our products are bespoke goods made to order and they are specifically manufactured to your specifications. Orders for bespoke goods cannot be cancelled or changed [once work has started onthem]. P&P Widows is not legally obliged to offer refunds on bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to goods being faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown you may return it to us at any time up to 7 days after you received it and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Purchases made using credit or debit cards will only have the refunded amount returned to the card used for the purchase. We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including incorrect sizes, styles or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting. Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of your received goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail info@pandpwindows.com who will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods.
